With the Samyang 8mm F2.8 II the Korean lens manufacturer Samyang presents the optimized version of its customer. 11 multi-coated glass lenses are responsible for crisp contrast and incredible sharpness. Combined with the three ED (extra low dispersion) and the two aspherical lenses, image errors are reduced to a minimum. Characteristic for fisheye lenses is, besides the high angle of view, the extreme depth of field. The close-up limit begins after only 30 cm and allows photos from unusual perspectives.
